Nihongo Training before starting to work in Japan

At this time, fresh graduates rookies for 4 Japanese clients are undergoing the training. Their positions are Software development, Hardware development, Mechanical/Electrical engineer and  Global sales/marketing. I have confirmed their Language skill has improved on schedule so far^^
