400hrs Nihongo training for the fresh graduates who are working in our Japanese client from Oct 1st are just finished.
Other than the lesson, we invited Japanese guest speakers regularly to try actual speaking and listening.
After going to Japan in the end of Sept, they have additional training, then will take JLPT N3 in Dec.
